Information we handle
AI Calculator is designed to process only what is needed to provide a calculation.
- Voice input: When you use the microphone, Android SpeechRecognizer converts your speech into text for the current calculation. The app does not record or save raw audio.
- Calculation text: Your spoken or typed question and the resulting calculation may be processed by the Google Gemini API when an internet connection is available.
- App preferences: Language, voice playback, and speech-rate settings are stored locally on your device.
- Calculation history: Recent results may be kept locally so they can be shown in the app. They are not used for advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to recognize your request, calculate an answer, display recent results, and optionally read an answer aloud through Android Text-to-Speech.
AI Calculator does not create user accounts and does not use your calculation content to send marketing messages.
Permissions and choices
The app may request microphone permission so you can speak a calculation. You can deny or revoke this permission in Android settings and continue using supported text or offline calculation features.
Network access is used for online AI calculations. When the network is unavailable, the app may use its local calculation logic for supported everyday math.
You can disable automatic spoken answers in the app settings. Android also provides controls for managing app permissions and clearing locally stored app data.
